Flutter was launched in 2013 in a small shop in Thalassa - Goa.
It’s growth journey has been unlike any other footwear brand because of the founder’s unique and holistic vision.

Preeti Kapur is an entrepreneur and fashion designer.
She believes that looking good is deeply intertwined with feeling good which leads to building positive self-perception.

With a skilled team, she creates footwear and accessories that are comfortable, look good, make you feel good and are easy going for travel, parties and everyday use.
They’re a gorgeous and eye-catching choice for special occasions!

Each product is individually and lovingly handcrafted for women of all age groups. They’re made using ethically sourced, eco-friendly, vegan materials by artisans at Flutter's in-house workshop.
